Important Instructions :

  • Step 1: To create a new user, click to apply.
  • Fill in your name, department, email and mobile number to receive your username and password.
  • step 2: Login with your username and password and complete your information, including uploading a document from your personal information to the Refrences Tab on the left side of the menu.
  • Step 3: Make the appropriate payment by going to the Make Payment Tab and clicking on PAY NOW.After a successful paytment transaction,the number of the transaction will appear on the window and should be saved for the future refrence.
  • Step 4: Return to the final submission by clicking the "Back to final Submit".
  • Step 5: Review and submit your application in its final form.
  • NOTE: It is mandatory to final submit your completed form in order for your application to be considered complete.
